The Jagriti Daur of Bangalore has done some research work to increase intelligence level of readers alongwith their entertainment and provide some new self-made puzzles in this book. Although some of the puzzles given in this book have already been published in Japan but they are not so interesting.

Hence puzzles based on mathematics have been made according to choice of Indian readers and published in this book.

Software of many type have not been used in making these puzzles, but these are handmade. These puzzles will not only enhance intelligence level and provide entertainment to the readers but also help in keeping their mind young. This is not our claim but it is also said by Prof. I an Robertson of Britain's Trinty College ( Dublin ). He also agrees that by solving mathematical puzzles like sudoku, killer sudoku, Loop , Brige and Ashtyog, we can keep our mind as young as of 14 years young boy, because by solving these puzzles, some mental exercise is done to create a chemical which develop new cell of brain and also encourage to develop new relations in brain. It also rectifies in concentration due to which decision making and organisational capabilities are enhanced.

Prof. Robertson in his new book ‘STAY SHARP' has written that the best way to maintain brains's sharpness is mental exercise which is created at the time of solving puzzles. Prof. Robertson has made a study on 3000 people in the age group of 65 and 95 years and intimated that those who were expert in solving these puzzles have reduced 10 years in their knowledge-age. People can be more mentally active even in their advanged age by solving these puzzles continuously. In future, we can keep our brain properly with care like our bodies.

All puzzles given in this book are based on mathematical numbers. It is not necessary to have more knowledge of mathematics for sovling these puzzles, but those who are having knowledge of No. 1 to 10 only, they can also solve these puzzles easily.

‘Jagriti Daur' has present this book to the readers after doing constant research and their best efforts for making hand made puzzles. This is probably first efforts of this type of puzzles in the world. Till now, you may have solve 9-9 Sudoku but the apart from Sudoku of 4 x4, 6 x 6, 8 x 8, 9 x 9, 10 x 10, 12 x 12 and 15 x 15, different types of X-Sudoku and Killer Sudoku of 12 x 12 and 15 x 15, have been included in this book. We have named them as Jumbo and Super Jumbo Sudoku respectively. This type of Sudoku, most probably, have been published for the first time in the world. In this book, for the first time, two new puzzles is introduced, which is named as ‘‘Ashtyog and Mathematical Puzzle.'' Also we have included ‘‘Brige and Loop Rekha'' puzzles in this book. It has also been taken care of while preparing these puzzles that readers never loose interest but they solve it with entertainment. This will enhanced their concentration.
